Advisor Institute Mentoring Program (AIM)

The Advisor Institute Mentoring Program (AIM) is designed to foster caring and supporting relationships among UNC Charlotte advisors and student service professionals and complement the Advisor Institute's efforts to promote advisor training, onboarding and professional development on our campus.

Sign up today if you are a new advisor at UNC Charlotte (working in an advisor role for no longer than 2 years).

Information for AIM Mentors

Sign up today to assist new advisors transition into advising at UNC Charlotte!  Must have 3 years of advising experience and one full year advising at UNC Charlotte.

Fall 2019 AIM Events

The Advisor Institute Mentoring (AIM) committee is gearing up for another semester in pairing mentors and mentees to help foster caring and supporting relationships among UNCC advisors and students service professionals.  This fall, AIM will continue to host "Coffee and Conversation " prior to AAIT meetings for previous, current, and future program participants, and anyone who has a passion for mentoring!  We can ALL be mentors and support each other! 

This is also an opportunity to learn more about the different advising centers on campus. SAVE THE DATE of September 20, 9:00 - 10:00 am in Colvard 2203!
